This guide provides step-by-step instructions for connecting your JoyID wallet to MarCat, creating and managing sell and buy orders, and ensuring smooth transactions.

By following these instructions, you will be able to list your assets, make purchases, and efficiently manage your active orders on the MarCat platform.

Connect to MarCat

1. Use Taproot or Native Segwit to connect your JoyID wallet.

2. Click "Confirm" in the JoyID login UI.

Connect via JoyID

Create Sell Order

1. Click "Sell" and set the listing price and listing amount.

2. Click "Proceed" and review the listing summary.

3. Click "List Now" and sign transaction.

4. Check the "My Listing" tab; the status should show as pending.

Create Buy Order

1. Click "Buy" and select an order.

2. Check the order summary and click "Buy Now".

3. Sign the transaction within 2 minutes to ensure the order does not expire.

4. The assets will be sent to your wallet automatically usually within one hour.

Note: A service fee applies to buy orders.

Manage Order

1. Click "My Listing" and click "Manage" on an active order.

2. Update listing price or unlist the active order.

3. You can update listing price once per hour.

2. Click "Support", fill in the required information, and submit a ticket. Our support team will contact you shortly.

3. If the ticket information is not valid / not completed, it will be ignored without notification.
